Kitsons Chemist was founded in the late'50's by Ruth Kitson, and after her death the business was continued by Jeffrey Kitson.  The business was acquired by Karen and Mark Seaton in 1992.

The services provided today by the village pharmacy are on a par with, and in some cases surpass, many of the larger pharmacy chains.  We are pleased to be able to use the very latest in computer technology to record patients medication records, and also for ordering specialist goods, like ostomy products, incontinence products and products to aid mobility and bathing.

Our aim is to provide the best possible service to our customers, either within NHS services or privately, whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within our premises.  We also stock a wide range of over the counter medicines to treat minor ailments, and also a range of veterinary products, in addition to our competitively priced range of cosmetics, toiletries and gift products.
