Bus Routes

I have spoken to the Staffordshire County Council officer dealing with buses this morning. With regard to the X1, this is a commercial service not subject to subsidy. The bus company has lodged a request to take short term action to modify the service with effect from Sept 2nd with the Traffic Commissioners. This request at this date has not been agreed. The proposed route will become Hanley to Stone and return. The position on the changes to the X5 is being clarified.
