The downpour last night (July 18th) must have challenged the village drainage system to its limit. It would be helpful to learn of particular problem areas so that they can be raised with the appropriate County Council officers. There has been a river flowing down the side of Station Road from above the ‘Hill’ to the level crossing area for most of the month for example.
Please highlight what could be regarded as particular areas that require attention.
