I am advised that the Group formed to ‘save’ the Wedgwood Memorial College are organising a public meeting to be held at 7pm at the Parish Church on Wednesday 25th January.
The meeting will provide an opportunity for villagers to hear at first hand the plans that have been developed for the future of the College. There will also be an opportunity to gauge the depth of feeling that exists locally in support of the retention of an Adult Education facility in the village.
The website set up by the Group shows that the College retains support on a wide basis.
